Schick have delivered civil infrastructure for a number of subdivision developments for various clients
CLIENTS:  Generation Land Ltd (Edgeview Cresent)
                   Blue Wallace Surveyors/Peoples Westport Ltd (Pump Station and 49 Lot subdivision)
                   Dixon Homes Ltd (Stage 1, 2)
                   Summerset Group Holding Ltd  (Stages 1, 2, 3, 4a, 4b and 5)


Schick has delivered the civil works for various residential subdivision developments in Dixon Road since 2011. In total, to date, the land area involves some 24ha. Work here also included the construction of the Wastewater Pump Station the programme of which was critical to support the concurrent land development and increasing catchment. 

Projects have included;

  • sediment and erosion control 
  • stormwater ponds
  • earthworks and land contouring 
  • stormwater infrastructure
  • sanitary sewer infrastructure 
  • water reticulation 
  • utility services trenching and ducting 
  • retaining walls
  • concrete work (footpaths, kerb and channel) 
  • carriage ways/roading
