Schick's scope included; 
  • Removal of existing stump and root systems, including backfill to profile and compaction 
  • Excavation of the building platform and backfill 
  • All works associated with the excavation and formation of new roading and carpark including kerbing, asphalt, line marking, signage and swales 
  • Excavation and installation of new wastewater and stormwater drainage including manholes and stormwater retention system and connection to existing system.
