Civil infrastructure works for a subdivision development covering 5.3ha
CLIENT:  Birdwood Residential Estates Limited

A 77 residential lot subdivision situated in West Auckland 
The project involves;
 
  • enabling works, demolition, tree removal and site clearing
  • bulk earthworks to form the detailed terraces across the sloping site
  • stormwater, wastewater and potable water reticulations
  • construction of 1.3km of retaining walls in stage 1
  • construction of large wetlands and associated infrastructure and outfall to reserve
  • installation of utility services and street lighting
  • construction of sealed residential roads, kerb and channel, footpaths.
​All works have been undertaken with Sediment & Erosion Controls in accordance with Auckland Council Natural Resource TP90.
