Highview Eton Subdivision $3.3m (complete)

Civil works for a 120 lot residential subdivision development Flagstaff, Hamilton
CLIENT: Highview Properties Limited 

The contract involved 110,000m3 cut to fill earthworks  and land contouring to create a 120 lot residential subdivision complying with Hamilton City Council Code of Urban Development.  The finished levels of the subdivision are terraced, with each lot platform requiring a very detailed bulk earthworks profile. 
The project involved;  
  • site clearing .  
  • sediment and erosion control 
  • stormwater installation comprising manholes 1050dia up to 5m deep and pipework 225mm dia.to 750mm dia
  • wastewater installation; sheet piling, dewatering, manholes and pipework
  • water reticulation installation 
  • services trenching and ducting
  • roading, footpaths, vehicle crossing, kerb and channel 
  • retaining wall construction 
  • topsoiling and grassing
