- Stormwater reticulation pipework 375mm dia. to 975mm dia. and manholes to 1650mm dia.
- 150mm UPVC wastewater pipework upto 4.5m deep
- 1.6km water reticulation including hydrants and valves and connection to existing council infrastructure
- Topsoiling and grassing
