A 77 residential lot subdivision situated in West Auckland. The project includes:
- enabling works, demolition, tree removal and site clearing
- bulk earthworks to form the detailed terraces across the sloping site
- stormwater, wastewater and potable water reticulations
- construction of 1.3km of retaining walls in stage 1
- construction of large wetlands and associated infrastructure and outfall to reserve
- installation of utility services and street lighting
- construction of sealed residential roads, kerb and channel, footpaths.
All works have been undertaken with Sediment & Erosion Controls in accordance with Auckland Council Natural Resource TP90.
